Snap Assist is a Windows feature that allows you to quickly arrange and organize multiple windows on your desktop. The Snap Assist flyout appears when you snap a window to one side of the screen, and it suggests other windows to snap to the other side of the screen. However, you may find this feature distracting or not useful, and you may want to disable it. Here's how:
To enable/disable ♿ Snap Assist Flyout on Windows 11:
- Open the Settings from start Menu. Or simply press (Win + I)
- In the Settings window, click on the System option.
- In the System settings, click on the Multitasking option on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Under the Snap section, toggle the "When I snap a window, show what I can snap next to it" option to On or Off, depending on your preference.
- Close the Settings window.
